Raffi Torres Out For Season
The Edmonton Oilers announced on Monday that forward Raffi Torres will be out the rest of the season following surgery to repair a torn knee ligament. Torres had 11 points (5 goals, 6 assists) on 31 games this season. On his career, Torres has 67 goals and 59 assists 126 points on 307 games. Drafted 5th overall in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, Torres has played for both the Islanders and Oilers.
