There were a meager 3 games on the schedule on Monday as the playoff push continues around the NHL. Former Islanders are helping their teams meet the mark. Let us take a look at their efforts:
* Defenseman Denis Grebeshkov had a powerplay assist on Edmonton's 4th goal as the Oilers blanked the visiting Calgary Flames 5-0. Grebeshkov has 7 points (1 goal, 6 assists) on 44 games. With the helper he snapped a 5 game point-less streak.
