There were only 2 games on the Monday night schedule with a lone Former Islander occurrence of note. Here is the FI happening:
Montreal defenseman Roman Hamrlik had secondary assists on each of the Canadiens' 2 goals as they were thumped by the host Calgary Flames 6-2. Hamrlik's play has really taken an upswing recently with 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists) over the last 4 games. Hamr now has 4 goals and 17 assists for 21 points on 53 games. For the 11th straight season and 16th time on his career Hamrlik has reached 20+ points.
