With the regular season down to its last 3 days Friday seemed like a slow night for hockey with only 3 games on the schedule. In those games Former Islanders accounted for a goal and an assist. Here is a quick look:

• Olli Jokinen scored a goal and an assist in Florida's 7-2 thumping of their in-state rival Tampa Bay Lightning. The assist was O-Jok's 50th of the year, the second consecutive season he has hit that plateau. As well, in 81 games O-Jok has scored 89 points, tying his career high.
