With 3 games on the NHL schedule Monday night it was bound to be a slow evening for Former Islanders. Only one FI aided their team. Here is the sole FI happening of the night:

San Jose defenseman Brad Lukowich received the primary assist on the game winning goal with less than 8 minutes remaining in the 2nd Period as the Sharks edged the tailspinning host Calgary Flames 2-1. Luko snapped a 4 game point-less stretch and now has 8 assists on 53 games.
